Proof Requirement for Registration Categories
* Nurses – required proof upload: signed confirmation from your head of department, confirming your current employment status as nurse (English language)
** Young Congress Delegate: applicable for colleagues born on / after January 1, 1988; required proof upload: copy of passport / ID
*** The reduced rate is available to all participants of a country designated by the World Bank rating as a low / lower-middle income economy. Please click here to view a list of these countries.
No proof of status is required for participants that register in the category “Congress Delegate” and “Researcher”.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent to registration.ectrims@congrex.com.
Participants have the right to cancel the registration within 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement, i.e. from the receipt of our registration invoice email. The right of withdrawal is lost if the participant attends the congress before the expiry of the right of withdrawal. Payment handling fees are non-refundable.
Correction of spelling mistakes or swapping first and last name due to incorrect submission will be charged €10.
Registration Payment
All payments must be settled by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa). For each transaction, a 3% non-refundable administrative fee will be added on top of the total amount invoiced.
Recordings
All sessions will be available on demand within 24 hours via the congress platform until 31 January 2024 (23:59 CET).
CME Certificate
The certificate is available for download. To access the document, login to the digital congress platform and click on “My Congress” in the top right corner. For the login please use the same details as used for registration and the congress participation.
