General Guidelines and Regulations

The following guidelines and regulations are applicable to all scheduled meetings taking place during MSMilan2023.

Access Schedule

Wednesday, 11 October 2023: 08.00 – 20.00
Thursday, 12 October 2023: 08.00 – 20.00
Friday, 13 October 2023: 08.00 – 19.00

The official operating hours for the meeting rooms are from 08.00 to 19.00 or 20.00. If you require access to your meeting room outside of these hours, kindly contact the Congress Secretariat at meetingroom.ectrims@congrex.com.

Restrictions on Meeting Type and Size

During the official congress days, the meeting rooms are exclusively for company internal meetings or invitation-only gatherings. For meetings held during the official scientific program, the attendance is limited to a maximum of 50 individuals. Meetings exceeding this limit can only be arranged outside the official program during the following time slots:

Wednesday, 11 October 2023: 08.00 – 08.45, 18.45 – 22.00
Thursday, 12 October 2023: 08.00 – 08.45, 19.15 – 22.00
Friday, 13 October 2023: 08.00 – 08.45

Please note that these restrictions do not apply to the pre-congress days, Monday, 9 October 2023, and Tuesday, 10 October 2023.

Approval Requirement for Meetings

All meetings, regardless of the venue within the host city, must be approved by the Congress Secretariat (Congrex Switzerland Ltd). This includes meetings held at the congress venue and other locations. Company-sponsored symposia open to all participants, except for the official “Satellite Symposia” included in the congress program, are not permitted.

No social activities are permitted to run concurrently with the MSMilan2023 congress hours. Therefore, please plan any company activities for Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday evenings outside the congress hours specified below:

Wednesday, 11 October 2023: 08.45 – 18.45
Thursday, 12 October 2023: 08.45 – 19.15
Friday, 13 October 2023: 08.45 – 18.00
