All official prices are indicated in euro (€). The official currency in Italy is the euro (EUR). All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops.
Film and photos
When you enter an ECTRIMS event or programme, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by ECTRIMS. Images, photos and/or videos may also be used to promote similar ECTRIMS events and promotional activities in the future.
Important Dates
- Deadline for submission of abstracts: 3 May 2023 (23:59 CEST)
- Deadline for submission for late breaking abstracts: 5 July 2023 (23:59 CEST)
- Deadline for reduced registration fee: 24 August 2023 (23:59 CEST)
Industrial Exhibition
The industrial exhibition is located in the immediate vicinity of congress activities such as lecture halls and catering areas. Companies from all over the world are given ample opportunity to display their latest products, services and technical innovations.
Insurance
Congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
Language
The congress language is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
