The ECTRIMS secretariat plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the association, enabling it to fulfill its mission and serve the broader community of MS physicians, researchers, and people living with MS.
The primary responsibility of the secretariat is to manage the administrative and logistical aspects of the association’s day-to-day operations. This includes organising meetings and events, handling communication and marketing activities, coordinating financial transactions, and overseeing the implementation of the association’s policies and procedures. In addition, the secretariat is responsible for providing support to the association’s Executive Committee and Council, assisting with the development of strategic plans and initiatives, and managing relationships with external partners and organisations.
